Responsibilities as a Fleet Recruiter:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase growth and retention within the company.
• Set clear recruitment goals and objectives.
• Create and run effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Respond to candidate inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Schedule and lead informational and orientation sessions for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
• Ensure a smooth and efficient application process, from contract signing to vehicle assignment.
• Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure all candidates are followed up with.
• Maintain accurate reports to track and analyze recruitment progress.
• Provide backup support to the Retention Manager as needed.
• Build strong relationships with the driver workforce and promote positive morale.
• Encourage excellent customer service and high performance throughout the organization.
• Handle additional management tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for a Fleet Recruiter:

• Some experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
• A positive attitude with a "can-do" mindset
• Ability to go above and beyond to meet recruitment goals
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential
